Majors Fjellman leaving Grand Forks to serve in Mankato, Minn.

Grand Forks, N.D. – Majors Jonathan and Linda Fjellman will leave Grand Forks, North Dakota by the end of the month and will continue their Salvation Army service in Mankato, Minn.

“It will certainly be a considerable change, but one that we’re embracing,” explained Major Jonathan Fjellman. “The move will allow us to be closer to our immediate family, so we’re looking forward to that.”

The Fjellmans will be replaced by Lieutenants Matthew Beatty and Rona Mutcha. The new officers were just commissioned as Lieutenants on June 12, 2016. They will arrive in Grand Forks by the end of the month
