Donate toys at GLOW Holiday Festival in St. Paul Dec. 9-12

Dec 7, 2020

Experience the colors of Christmas and the joy of giving all in one place – the GLOW Holiday Festival at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in St. Paul.

Donations of new, unwrapped toys will be accepted at GLOW from Wednesday, Dec. 9 until Saturday, Dec. 12. In addition, tickets purchased for KTIS Night on Wednesday, Dec. 9 and Thursday, Dec. 10 will include a $2 donation to a local Salvation Army youth housing facility.

All toy donations will be given to Twin Cities children in danger of going without a Christmas present. To date, nearly 4,300 families have signed up to receive this assistance from The Salvation Army. If you can’t make it to GLOW but would still like to help these families, you can donate toys at KSTP “Stuff the Sleigh” drop-off sites throughout the Twin Cities.

Donations received from ticket sales will support Salvation Army Booth Brown House, located just a few blocks from the fairgrounds. Booth Brown House provides short- and long-term housing for teenagers and young adults experiencing homelessness.

GLOW Holiday Festival is a must-see winter attraction that features a mile-long drive with over a million lights, a festive gingerbread house, illuminated trees, icicle and art installations, plus a drive-thru State Fair food court. Learn more about GLOW or buy tickets.

Enlist in Love’s Army by giving a donation or ringing bells at a red kettle. Your gifts of time and money will help Rescue Christmas for people and families struggling to get through the pandemic.
