Red kettles returning for one day only to warm 300 families

The recent cold snap has prompted the Twin Cities Salvation Army to reintroduce red kettles for one day to keep 300 families from going without heat. The kettles will appear on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. at most Twin Cities metro area Cub Foods locations, with all proceeds funding Salvation Army HeatShare.
