Child Development Center
The Salvation Army King Family Child Development Center, located in the Salvation Army Worship and Service Center at 401 W. 7th St., opened in 1995 with a mission to give low-income families access to quality childcare.
The center is certified by the nation’s top accreditation nonprofit for early childhood education (read more on our accreditation). Toddlers and preschoolers are taught literacy-based curriculum that’s research-tested and of the highest quality.
The staff is also committed to the children’s parents, offering fellowship time outside of center hours to make greater connections.
