HOPE Harbor is a 96-unit supportive housing complex in Minneapolis for low-income single adults and the chronically homeless. Each unit is an efficiency apartment complete with kitchen and bathroom. The five-story facility includes offices where case managers help residents with job searching, spiritual enrichment, addiction counseling, medical needs, budgeting, life skills and even provides activities like gentle yoga.
HOPE (Housing Opportunities for People to Excel) Harbor offers affordable rent to individuals with low income. Some residents are eligible to pay on a sliding scale that is equal to a third of their income. Though most residents stay just a few years, others make HOPE Harbor their long-term home. Apartment availability and application procedure varies based on the type of unit and your current housing situation. Some applicants, specifically those looking at our market rate units, can apply with us directly. Those who are currently homeless or having a housing crisis need to contact Hennepin County in order to apply (more information about Hennepin County emergency assistance).
