Good Samaritan Clinic
When you don’t have medical or dental insurance and something happens, it can be a scary thing. Residents of Olmsted County can always turn to The Salvation Army’s Good Samaritan Health Clinic, located at 120 N. Clinic hours throughout the month address a variety of medical needs. It’s best to schedule an appointment in advance by calling 507-529-4100. The following clinics are typically available each month:
- General medical
- REACH (Rochester Education and Advocacy for Community Health-general adult assessments by mayo medical students)
- Psychiatry and psychology
- Smoking cessation (also open to residents with insurance)
- Eye care
Please bring a photo ID with you to check in. There is a $5 to $8 copay for each prescription.
The clinic provides the following services:
- Emergency dental care
- Simple dental services (excluding cleanings and check-ups)
We are not able to provide select services including filling cavities, denture repair, crowns, caps, bridges, braces, whitening, or aesthetic work.
