Applicants must meet the minimum eligibility requirements to be considered. They must be:

  • 16-20 years old
  • able to pass a drug screening and live in a sober environment

Interested applicants can download an application.  Completed applications can be emailed to BBHFoyer@usc.salvationarmy.org or faxed to 651-646-1655, Attn: Foyer Case Manager.  Applications will only be accepted through Aug. 19.

Eligible applicants that demonstrate need and readiness for the program will be contacted for an in-person interview.

If you have previously applied to the Foyer Program, you will be required to submit a new application because the application form has changed.
