The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program provides assistance to low-income veterans and their families. If your family needs help, we can meet with you to determine the availability of our resources to help you with things like healthcare, daily living services, personal financial planning, transportation, housing expenses and other bills.
This program is available statewide in North Dakota. Our office works with veterans in the following counties: McLean, Sheridan, Mercer, Oliver, Burleigh, Kidder, Morton, Grant, Sioux and Emmons. If you live in a different county, we can refer your family to the program in your region.
To request assistance, stop by our office in Bismarck at 601 S. Washington St. or call 701-223-1889 and ask for the veterans’ case manager. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
