Roseville, Minn. – For more than 30 years the Twin Cities Salvation Army’s Coats for Kids program has been helping keep local children warm during the winter, but they can’t do it without your help.

From Oct. 16-31, please donate a new or gently used, clean coat (along with hats, mittens, scarves, snow pants and boots, etc.) to your local Salvation Army Worship and Service Center, or at Salvation Army headquarters at 2445 Prior Ave. N. in Roseville.  You can also make a financial gift online. Just $18 allows The Salvation Army to purchase a new coat for a child in need.

This year, The Salvation Army will not be holding a single day coat distribution. Instead, families who need coats for their kids should contact their closest Salvation Army where coats will be available throughout the winter months.

Please join The Salvation Army by volunteering, or making a donation to help keep local kids warm.
